Our core business units focus on three sellers’ products: the Starter, the Accumulator & Overnight Plan and a Portfolio Product Plan.

The PPP is our non-core business unit focused on a knowledge base iteration, targeting legacy business systems and improving the lens in which they see the security industry today. The seller product is called Shesk- a security help desk & the resource hub is called SQI- Security Quantum Investing.

1 – APG principal founder adheres to all confidence, professionalism and integrity to the highest regard whilst working with customers and does not discriminate.

2 – APG is a security & risk consulting business model. We are neither an investment firm or purports to be a financial institution. The use of financial terms are imperative for upstarts in the security market to understand diversification of their product.

3 – APG human capital are considered to be the best experts in their field. Extensive assessments are conducted to eliminate non security high performers.

4 – APG conditionalities are rooted in the principle of innovation and creativity in the security sector. Our futuristic ambitions are necessary to improve the security market regionally and globally. As such TEAM participation from founders and their investors increases their potential of growth, greater than APG signaling market upgrowth individually.

5 – The founders and investors must understand the risks in their sectors. Business growth can be cyclical, static or concentrated. APG understands the security sector risks and would continually work with our clienteles to create the best business model to retain customer value.

6 – APG abides with all legal frameworks governing the security body and best business practices. Failure from both APG advisors or Clienteles would cessate all business relations immediately.

7 – All clienteles must possess impeccable business acumen, ethics and grit to see their business through the process of the grind. APG expects all stakeholders to hold equal strain on the business through good and bad business economical growth.

8 – Founders shall be accountable for the effort they put into the business. Minimum effort would produce minimum result vice versa with maximum effort. Thus APG shall be nullified for not producing non-realistic business goals created by the founders / clienteles.

9 – Growth curve in the market depends on the fluidity of the competition. Thus in a small but congested market; market shares may be not known or limited. The founder shall be given information of their market strategy and current market share they may possibly achieve.

10 – Barriers to entry, limited access to market shares or an uncompetitive market would cause erratic supply and demand chain flow and gaps in the value chain. Thus it is incumbent to not set unrealistic business valuation early seeking higher revenue growth in a stagnated or monolithic service oriented B2B marketplace.

11 – APG interests as advisors are solely on consultation and giving best business advice to our clientele. We have no interest in obtaining equity from your business or to take over operations of the same.

3 – Non Industry / Academic qualified: Must have extensive technical specialized training in the field of cyber, information or access controls. (only for security solution providers).

4 – Business qualified: Must be a registered company (upstarts) and in the process of completing and fulfilling other requirements to complete legitimacy of the company. We will not entertain non compliance companies or non legal operating entities portraying to be security providers of services or solutions (upstarts & mature).

5 – Criminal record: No criminal record or involved in continued criminal matters which are pending. (for founders, directors, investors & stakeholders).

6 – Financial record: Must be transparent about investors and who they are and their positions in the company.

Sweat Equity Indicator

A sweat equity indicator sQI is our measurement process of how we transform a seedling security company into a selling product, if the accumulated trajectory is in line with the client security strategy or the restructuring of the corporation improves their top and bottom line. It is an indicator showing if any of our plans is indeed successful.

We look at if the clientele has improved their:

1 – Quick ratio, EBITDA, gross margin & working capital

2 – Sales lead per day (strategy to sell & to retain customers)

3 – Selling product ratio & price margin (value driven / profit driven / product driven)

4 – Reputation revenue (ability to scale up)

5 – Investor confidence (brand & credit ratings)

6 – People skills increased selling lead and follow up

7 – Merger applicability & accessibility to foreign market
